For everyone who loves to bake

Baking is an art. It's really not for everyone. I enjoy reading Mara Hörner's blog - Life is full of goodies and I try to learn from it. There are fantastic recipes on her blog ... Just take a look! Most of all I like the San Sebastian cheesecake, which is really unbeatable. But I think - all bloggers forget to tell the most important thing - namely the baking ritual recipe. How do I bake: 1. Anticipation - I rarely bake and I am really looking forward to the day when I will bake. 2. I read the recipe for the cake several times and imagine how the cake will taste. 3. I mix all the ingredients carefully, as if I want to tell a story with my cake to the "guests". 4. While baking, I often look into the oven because I really enjoy watching the cake rise. 5. The biggest secret is - everything is done with love, otherwise the cake tastes completely normal. If the cake is baked with love, it is unique. P.S. This ritual recipe can be used for any activity. Imagine baking is life. And be generous with the spices.
